One 2 One Pilates is a foot health/training session personal to YOU, to YOUR foot type, to YOUR lifestyle, to YOUR injury/accident history, pregnancy and delivery experience, to YOUR posture - I take the time to put the pieces of your 'life puzzle' together - we are all individual and the treatment should be individual too.

All the benefits of BBT are specific to YOU, whereas in a class situation they are generic to the whole class.  I don't know your foot type, I can see how you stand, I don't know how you walk, I don't know your life puzzle in the class environment.

In an ideal world I would like to see everyone individually before starting BBP to reduce your pain, improve your balance, posture and pelvic floor issues (if there are any) - BBP then becomes a maintenance program, with the occasional BBT as and when required.
